Since 2016, our team has helped clients clear land, build roads, construct ponds, and prepare building sites so projects can start on the right foundation. Every property is different, and our goal is to understand the land, solve problems, and prepare it properly so the next phase of construction can move forward with confidence.
Built On Experience
Owner Dustin Gass has been working with land and heavy equipment since he was a child, learning the trade alongside his father on the ranch. That hands on experience combined with a background in engineering has given him a deep understanding of how land, water, and soil interact.
This knowledge allows Land Prep.com to approach every project with a practical understanding of how to solve challenges such as drainage issues, hillside construction, erosion control, and proper site preparation.
